Our Paver Process

1. Free on-site consultation. We walk the property with you, take measurements, and talk through how you actually want to use the space. We look at drainage, slope, access, and what's currently in the ground.
2. Design and material selection. We help you choose paver style, color, pattern, and border details.
3. Excavation. We remove existing material and dig to the depth your project requires — based on load and soil, not on what's fastest.
4. Base installation and compaction. Quarter-minus base goes in at proper thickness and is compacted in lifts to manufacturer-specified density.
5. Screed and bedding layer. A precise bedding course is screeded to grade so every paver sits true.
6. Paver installation. Pavers laid to pattern, with clean cuts at borders and transitions.
7. Edge restraint and joint sand. Edges are locked in so the field can't creep. Joints are filled and the surface compacted a final time to interlock the system.
8. Cleanup and walkthrough. We haul off debris and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.

Infill is the part of a turf system most installers say the least about — and it's the part that ends up under your kids' hands and your dog's paws.

Our infills are environmentally safe and pet friendly. Combined with a fully permeable turf backing and a properly built base, the system drains, dries, and doesn't hold odor.

Our Turf Process

1. Free on-site consultation. We measure, assess drainage and slope, and talk through how the space gets used — pets, kids, entertaining, putting practice. That drives the turf and infill we recommend.
2. Product selection. We walk you through pile height, face weight, color blend, and backing so you're choosing based on how it will actually wear, not just how it looks in a sample.
3. Demo and excavation. Existing grass, rock, or hardscape comes out, and we excavate to the depth the system requires.
4. Base installation and compaction. Quarter-minus base at proper thickness, compacted to manufacturer-specified rates. This is what keeps turf flat, keeps it draining, and keeps it from rippling.
5. Grading for drainage. We shape the base so water goes where it should.
6. Weed barrier. [Confirm this is standard on your installs.]
7. Turf installation. Turf is laid, allowed to acclimate, seamed, trimmed, and secured around the perimeter to manufacturer spec.
8. Infill and grooming. Infill applied at the manufacturer's specified rate and power-broomed in to lift the blades and lock the system.
9. Cleanup and walkthrough. Site cleaned, and we walk the finished install with you.
